Im a big black guy from chicago and my fiance always tells me i have an intimidating look about myself.well they weren't intimidated.they were nice and so professional.the stem that goes around ur ear broke to my Versace sunglasses.u cant even tell that they were ever broken.they gave me a great price and it didnt take him a long time to fix them.they will always have my business.
I mailed my metal frame glasses Thursday to see if they could repair one of the temples that had snapped off. I received the repaired glasses in my Monday mail!!! Can't see any evidence of the repair. Unbelievable service and repair. Not that I want to have to use them again, but if I have another pair of broken glasses - this is the place I'll be using. Thank you so much.
